2008 Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the Auburn Cemetery Association will be held at the cemetery at noon on April 12, 2008. If you are unable to attend but would like to help maintain the cemetery where your ancestors are buried you may send a contribution to the First State Bank in Maypearl for credit to the Auburn Cemetery Association.

2007 Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the Auburn Cemetery Association will be held at the cemetery at noon on April 14, 2007. Everyone is encouraged to bring food to share as a pot luck meal before the business meeting begins.

2006 Annual Meeting

Our annual meeting was on the second Saturday in April. This year the day started out a little cool but by noon the sun was shining and the temperature was very pleasant. Everyone enjoyed the meal and visiting with one another after the short business meeting.



This year we had a handicap accessible Porta-toilet on site to make our stay more comfortable.

Several people have made contributions to our operating fund in April but so far we have only received about one fourth of the funds needed to do all the mowing this summer. Thanks to volunteers for spraying herbicide around the tombstones and for spreading the fire ant bait over the cemetery.
